注意事项
一、客户在查询运价时，一定要告知
1. 商品品名、商品的海关编码、所出口商品的重量、体积、包装种类。
2. 俄罗斯、及中亚各国的国际联运最终到站的车站编码。（六位数）以便我们确定国际联运铁路货物运输过程中，货物的等级、运价等。
二、起运站注意事项
1. 车皮装运严禁超重；
2. 铁路箱40尺柜大部分是40HQ；
3. 铁路运输不能发单个20尺柜，一次必须发一对，且两柜重量差不能超8吨。
三、从阿拉山口出境至中亚方向的注意事项
1.进口塔吉克斯坦的货物，塔吉克境内段的运费只能由收货人交纳，不允许货代代交，故报价只到乌塔边境站；
2. 随车单据，必须注明收货人名称及地址；
3. 所有植物制品包括木制品要随附植检证书；
4. 现在进口哈萨克的茶叶需要进口许可证及植检证书。
